How to Claim

Email info@dermaworks.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Once we receive your returned product, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Guarantee Terms

• Give it a fair chance. Use your product every day for 30 days (skincare) or 60 days (lash & brow serums, as lashes and brows take longer to show results).
• Not happy? Claim from 30 days after delivery for skincare, or from 60 days for lash & brow serums, once you have used it every day for that time, even if the product has been opened and used.
• One Money-Back Guarantee claim per household
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility
