CUSTOMERS IN UK, CHANNEL ISLES & ISLE OF MAN

Orders over £30:

  • FREE standard delivery (3-5 working days)
  • £1.99 express delivery (1-2 working days)

Orders under £30:

  • £3.49 standard delivery (3-5 working days)
  • £4.99 express delivery (1-2 working days)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Europe — £12.95 flat fee (5-10 working days) VAT is collected at checkout via IOSS. Orders over €150 in value may be subject to import duty on arrival.

USA — £14.95 singles / £22.95 bundles & sets (5-10 working days) Duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.

Rest of the World — £16.95 flat fee (7-10 working days) Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

DISPATCH TIMES (UK TIME): Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Same day dispatch on orders placed before 3:00pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm Friday are dispatched on Monday.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

COUNTRY AVAILABILITY We currently ship to selected countries to ensure fast, reliable delivery. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us at info@dermaworks.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

DUTIES AND TAXES For EU customers, VAT is collected at the point of sale via our IOSS registration, so no VAT will be charged on arrival for orders under €150. Orders over €150 may be subject to import duty.

For USA customers, duties and taxes are included in your shipping charge — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

For all other international customers, goods may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges once they reach their destination. Dermaworks is not responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further details.

Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free from signs of tampering.

INTERNATIONAL SAFETY REGULATIONS Our products are carefully formulated to comply with strict UK and EU cosmetic regulations. Before making your purchase, please satisfy yourself that our products comply with the laws of your country.

LOST ITEMS In the rare and unfortunate event that your order is lost, we will offer you a refund or replacement. Orders are considered lost and eligible for a claim if they are overdue by:

  • UK, US and Eurozone customers — 10 working days after due date
  • Non-Eurozone European customers — 20 working days after due date
  • Rest of the world — 25 working days after due date

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a loss claim.

DAMAGED ITEMS All orders are dispatched in protected packaging, but damage can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please send photographs showing the damage so that we can notify the courier and arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU Before making your purchase, we recommend that you satisfy yourself with the standard of European legislation, as regulatory standards may vary from country to country.
