OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, simply return the item to us at your cost within 60 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund. This applies to all Dermaworks products, including opened items.

60-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please provide your order number when contacting us.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS? Contact us at info@dermaworks.co.uk within 60 days, even if the product has been opened and used. Return the item to us at your cost and we will arrange a full refund to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including both outgoing and return postage costs.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN Contact us first at info@dermaworks.co.uk before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please retain proof of posting as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

REFUND PROCESSING Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@dermaworks.co.uk.

EXCHANGES The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately. We will process your refund as soon as we receive proof of return postage or the returned item itself.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty or covered by our money-back guarantee.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
