How do I track my order?

Refer to 'Your Dermaworks order is on the way!' email and click the tracking number. Depending on the carrier, some UK orders will be fully tracked whilst others will only show delivery confirmation.

All international orders are fully tracked.

Please check junk or spam folder if you have not received the email. 

What if I want to return my order?

Our aim is simple - deliver effective, high quality products and provide outstanding customer service. Should we fail to meet your expectations, we offer a 60-day exchange or refund policy. If your purchase is not up to standard, please contact us at info@dermaworks.co.uk and we will arrange a full refund or an immediate replacement. 

Can I change my mind?

Of course! If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Outgoing and return postage costs are not refundable in these circumstances. We cannot process returns nor exchanges without proof of purchase. Please provide your order number so that we identify your transaction. 

Goods must be returned within 60 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, our products are cruelty free, vegan or vegetarian & free from: SULPHATES , PARABENS, FORMALDEHYDE is & PHTHALATES.

We harness responsible science to complement our natural ingredients, using organic ingredients and botanical extracts wherever possible.

How does subscribe and save work?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal. The system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself! (you can cancel or pause your suscription at any time)
