They came back to me within a couple of hours with a thoughtful (not copy and paste) reply recommending this serum (one of their cheapest products) and it does exactly what they said it would do. Yop marks all round!

lacehearted Absorbs quickly and I have notices a slight effect or improvemnt in my very dry skin, so I would say it is working. I like the lightness of the product. It hardly noticeable and I mix it with my day cream.

Candice Healy From first use my skin felt lovely, smooth and firm. I bought it mostly for fighting cystic acne in my chin area. Nothing I have used has worked. So far this serum seems to be keeping the acne at bay since beginning use 2 weeks ago, the marks are visible where they reappear lying in wait but they seem to be shrinking and have so far not developed like they usually would. Typically I might get a couple of days ache free (marks still visible always) but I would always find one or two rearing their ugly head! One strange thing happened was a small pus filled spot appeared slightly below my lip and the next day it turned into a cold sore type thing. Years ago I had an allergic reaction and my bottom lip down to the centre of my chin broke out and swollen and a horrendous cold sore developed which would last weeks. I believe this happened due to my skin "purging" but it was gone without a few days and no where near bad compared to what I would get previous from any irritation made to that area. I haven't given this 5 stars yet because I haven't had the chance to experience the full benefits but from the 2 weeks use I am massively pleased and will buy more bottles as I don't want to miss a day use. I also use it every night since getting it as I've been using all sorts on my face to fight the acne so my skin is used to alot, have absolutely no discomfort or redness, as I mentioned previous the worst thing was the cold sore type thing and even in my experience this was nothing.

Helli Rose I noticed my skin cleared up almost immediately with this product. I actually think it's magic. It's also great value for money because you only need about 3 drops to cover your entire face - so it will last & last!

Belle Hanson I've recently added Retinol into my skincare routine. This product is great, the packaging is clean and well structured. The amount of product that can be dispensed by the pipette so it's really useful if you're new to retinol and want to slowly introduce it to your regime. In addition, the inclusion of Hyaluronic Acid in this product is an additional bonus as some forms of retinol won't include this extra boost.The vegan aspect of this product is great too, I only use vegan products so this is a great alternative to other retinol products that have not transitioned over to the cruelty free way of life!I would definitely recommend adding this product into your skincare routine regardless of your age. I am in my late 20s and it has helped reduce minor facial scars from teenage acne on my face and I think that the darker circles under my eyes look less obvious.There has been no side effects so far but I have only been using a small amount sandwiched between my moisturiser in the evening times twice a week. Everyone's skin is different so I would recommend doing your research on what will work for you but I would recommend this product to any person looking for a boost in confidence and skincare goodness!

Ava I have been using your retinol serum daily for a few weeks and absolutely love it!!! I won't bore you with my story but after many years I've had to stop using a high end brand that I love, and have struggled to find good alternatives that I can afford. Your serum works (!!), isn't sticky or smelly and I am so impressed that I ordered the vitamin C as well and look forward to trying it out. Many thanks, and I look forward to trying more of your products (and hopefully you'll developed a vitamin B serum, as I'd be first in line).

B Clark I liked the way the product was packaged and the supplier followed up my purchase with instructions on how it should be applied. The serum has a nice texture and glides on easily. I have a mature skin so I am not expecting miracles but my skin feels softer, pores are becoming more refined and some pigmentation around my eye is fading slightly and less noticeable.I feel that with continued use it will make a real difference to the look and texture of my skin. I will certainly buy it again.

Jeanine Recommended by a friend who I hadn't seen for a few months and noticed her skin was looking particularly healthy. Fortunately I am blessed with good skin but I am getting older and I think this will be a good addition to my routine - which is essentially just moisturising! I don't use much, just a few drops and massage it in. It's not greasy, it's light and absorbs nicely. Still got a quarter of a bottle after 3 weeks.I think they should consider doing a bigger bottle though, so that you don't have to order as often (and it would be more environmentally friendly).

Big Benny T I wondered if this was going to be yet more snake oil but it is actually quite good. One bottle lasts me a month and I use it instead of moisturiser now because it's not greasy. Worth trying for the price.

Haceunavuelta I've been using their retinol serum for god knows how long and it's really helped to clear my skin up as I used to have slightly oily skin that was prone to blackheads and squeezing them, my face always looked a bit like a pin cushion with scarry spots (don't know how to describe it but it wasn't good).But, even better I started using there glycolic cleanser with it and wow my skin cleared up and came alive. Cant recommend those two products enough. Might try the 3 serums in a set next tome. See my review on glow.

Roger I pinched this off my wife.. ha ha! She said it would be good for my skin after shaving. It is but I use it every morning now and I'm finding it good for my increasingly pigmented skin which seems just a little obvious than it was. I think it's good value for £15.

NooNoo Only been using this serum a couple of weeks so can’t comment on my wrinkles disappearing!!! I live in hope.What I can say is how nice and hydrated my skin feels, so much so I’m now using less day cream

VJ I really didn't think that this was going to be as good as it is but it has surpassed my expectations. I bought the retinol serum becase I've got oily skin and I'm prone to breakouts which has caused some scarring. This awsome serum has massively reduced my breakouts and seems to have the oil under control too. I hope if I keep using it that it will help with the scarring. Fingers crossed!

Icee Curtis I bought this purely because my regular retinol was out of stock, not expecting much but at tleast having something was better than nothing. They say don't judge a book by it's cover and that's never more true than with this retinol. Because it was cheap I didn't expect it to be that good but I have to say that it has truly exceeded expectations. I won't be going back to my old serum!
